It’s a valiant effort from the Aussie trio - but no medals as of yet.
Aussie cult hero Col Pearse has narrowly missed out on a medal, coming in fourth in the men’s 200m individual medley SM 10 with a time of 2:14.20.
In the final of the women’s 200m individual medley SM10, Jasmine Greenwood has come in fifth with a time of 2:31.06.
Keira Stephens has come in eighth with 2:37.76.
A lot of medal chances tonight as we head to the pool for the final time.
Cult hero Col Pearse is first up in the men’s 200m individual medley SM10 at 6pm AEST.
Then we have Jasmine Greenwood and Keira Stephens in the women’s 200m individual medley SM10 at 6.07pm AEST.
Two others to watch are Braedan Jason in the men’s 100m butterfly S12 at 7.53pm AEST and the men’s 4x100m medley relay 34 points at 9.03pm AEST - which is probably our best medal chance of them all.
From moments like Dylan Alcott’s touching embrace following his semi-final win over Dutch teenager Niels Vink to Thursday’s astonishing world record performance from long jumper Vanessa Low, the Tokyo 2021 Paralympics have been compelling.

If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, our columnist Peter Fitzsimons has written a great piece on Paralympic runner Jaryd Clifford - who has struggled with finding a guide to keep up with him.
The runner who came last in the Olympics 1500m clocked 3 mins 38 seconds, just three seconds faster than Clifford’s best, so struggles to find someone to keep up with his pace.

Australia’s BC3 pairs team has defeated Brazil 5-2 in the pool stage this afternoon.
The group of Jamieson Leeson, Spencer Cotie and Tokyo 2020 bronze medallist Daniel Michel will take on Hong Kong tonight at 7.05pm AEST.
Their win, and their defeat against Portugal this morning, should put them in a good spot to make their way into tomorrow’s semi-finals.
We are still sitting eighth on the medal tally, but two more golds would see us jump to sixth spot.
Hopefully we can snag a few more tonight.

After Daniel Michel’s incredible bronze medal win, I know we are all keen for some more boccia and now here it is.
The Australian pair’s BC3 team are up against Brazil at the moment. The match started at 3.25pm AEST.
It’s already been a great day for the team - made up of Jamieson Leeson, Spencer Cotie, and the great man himself Daniel Michel - who defeated Portugal 4-3 earlier today.
Sadly, Aussie archer Taymon Kenton-Smith has been eliminated 6-4 in the men’s individual recurve 1/16.
He was defeated by America’s Eric Bennett who managed to an epic comeback to defeat the Australia champion.
An awesome effort nonetheless for Kenton-Smith in his first Paralympics.

Not sure how day ten will be able to follow what was such a successful day yesterday, but hopefully today can give day nine a run for its money.
A bit sad, but it’s the final night of the swimming tonight. The good news is there are 16 gold medals up for grabs, so should be a cracker.
